Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 25% of the service fee, and no call/no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee.
If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment. As I have a newborn at home, I ask that clients avoid coming in while ill. Sickness-related reschedules will not be charged but may be limited if repeatedly used.
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time, as appointments cannot run into the next client’s scheduled time.
Children are welcome, but they must remain seated, supervised, and well-behaved, as the salon contains tools and equipment that can be dangerous or easily broken.
